Method
Preparation
- 1
Cook the Chicken
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- 2
Prepare the Ingredients
While the chicken is cooking, wash and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Grate the Parmesan cheese if not pre-grated.
- 3
Mix the Dressing
In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken, romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese. Toss until everything is well coated.
Assembling the Wrap
- 4
Fill the Tortilla
Lay a tortilla wrap flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken Caesar mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
- 5
Wrap It Up
Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll from the bottom up to completely enclose the filling. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
- 6
Serve
Cut the wraps in half if desired, and serve with lemon wedges and croutons on the side, sprinkling black pepper on top for added flavor.
