Slider Patties

Method

Prepare Slider Patties

  1. 1

    Mix the Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, pineapple juice, soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Use your hands to mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

  2. 2

    Form Patties

Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a slider-sized patty.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).

Prepare Toppings

  1. 4

    Grill Pineapple

While the patties are cooking, grill the pineapple slices for about 2-3 minutes on each side until caramelized and heated through.

  2. 5

    Prepare Onion and Lettuce

While the pineapple is grilling, wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Slice the red onion thinly.

  3. 6

    Mix Sauces

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and teriyaki sauce together until well combined.

Assemble Sliders

  1. 7

    Build the Sliders

On the bottom half of each slider bun, spread a layer of the mayonnaise mixture, add a lettuce leaf, place the burger patty on top, followed by a grilled pineapple slice and a few slices of red onion.

  2. 8

    Finish and Serve

Top with the other half of the slider bun, and serve immediately. Enjoy your Aloha Sliders!
