Grilling Broccolini

Grill the Broccolini
Place the broccolini on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
Making the Preserved Lemon Aioli

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, preserved lemon zest and juice, minced garlic, and olive oil. Stir until well combined. Season with salt to taste.
Preparing Almond Dukkah

Mix Dukkah Ingredients
In a bowl, combine the ground spices, chopped almonds, sesame seeds, and salt. Mix well.
Crisping the Prosciutto

Cook Prosciutto
In the same skillet, add prosciutto slices and cook over medium heat until crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
Serving

Serve the grilled broccolini topped with preserved lemon aioli, a sprinkle of almond dukkah, and crispy prosciutto on the side.
