Method
Prepare the Pork Katsu

Season the Pork
Season the pork loin with salt and pepper on both sides.

Coat the Pork
Dredge each piece of pork in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.

Fry the Pork
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the pork for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
Assemble the Rice Bowl

Prepare the Rice
In a bowl, place 1 cup of cooked rice as a base.

Add Toppings
Slice the fried pork katsu and place it on top of the rice. Drizzle with sesame dressing, mayonnaise, and okonomi sauce.

Garnish
Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions over the top.
