Gently clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth. Remove the stems and set them aside. You will use the caps for stuffing.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped thyme, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and smooth.

Finely chop the reserved mushroom stems and add them to the filling mixture. Stir to incorporate.

Using a small spoon or a piping bag, fill each mushroom cap generously with the cream cheese mixture.

Lightly grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
