Method

For the Grilled Skirt Steak

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Steak

Rub the marinade all over the skirt steak. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to high heat (about 450°F to 500°F).

  4. 4

    Grill the Steak

Place the marinated skirt steak on the grill. Grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer depending on your desired doneness.

  5. 5

    Rest and Slice

Once done, remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5-10 minutes. Slice against the grain and garnish with fresh parsley.

For the Chili Cheese Fries

  1. 6

    Cook the Fries

Prepare the frozen French fries according to package instructions, either baking or frying them until crispy.

  2. 7

    Combine Chili and Cheese

In a saucepan, heat the chili over medium heat until warmed through. Once the fries are cooked, place them on a serving platter.

  3. 8

    Assemble the Chili Cheese Fries

Pour the warm chili over the fries, then sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.

  4. 9

    Garnish

Remove from the oven and top with sour cream and chopped green onions.

For the Garlic Chili Sauce

  1. 10

    Make the Sauce

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, minced garlic, and lime juice. Mix until well blended.

  2. 11

    Season

Add salt to taste, mixing to ensure the flavor is well-balanced.
