For the Grilled Skirt Steak

Prepare the Marinade
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Marinate the Steak
Rub the marinade all over the skirt steak. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to high heat (about 450°F to 500°F).

Rest and Slice
Once done, remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5-10 minutes. Slice against the grain and garnish with fresh parsley.
For the Chili Cheese Fries

Cook the Fries
Prepare the frozen French fries according to package instructions, either baking or frying them until crispy.

Combine Chili and Cheese
In a saucepan, heat the chili over medium heat until warmed through. Once the fries are cooked, place them on a serving platter.

Assemble the Chili Cheese Fries
Pour the warm chili over the fries, then sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.

Garnish
Remove from the oven and top with sour cream and chopped green onions.
For the Garlic Chili Sauce

Make the Sauce
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, minced garlic, and lime juice. Mix until well blended.

Add salt to taste, mixing to ensure the flavor is well-balanced.
