Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and chop all the vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Keep them ready for stir-frying.

  2. 2

    Make the Sauce

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, water, and black pepper until well combined. Set aside.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Heat the Oil

In a large wok or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

  2. 4

    Stir-Fry the Vegetables

Add the broccoli, bell pepper, carrots, snap peas, and baby corn to the wok. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp and vibrant in color.

  3. 5

    Add the Sauce

Pour the prepared sauce over the stir-fried vegetables, stirring continuously to coat the vegetables evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

  4. 6

    Finish and Serve

Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions. Serve hot over a bed of cooked rice or noodles.
