    Prepare the Pulled Pork

    If using pre-cooked pulled pork, skip to step 3. Otherwise, cook your pork shoulder in a slow cooker with your favorite spices on low for 8 hours or until tender. Shred the pork using two forks.

    Mix with BBQ Sauce

    In a large bowl, combine the shredded pulled pork with BBQ sauce. Mix until the pork is evenly coated.

    Assemble the Dish

    In a serving dish, layer the BBQ pulled pork. Sprinkle shredded white cheddar cheese on top. Add pickled jalapenos and fried onions for garnish.
