Cooking Directions
- 1
Prepare the Patties
Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions (1/4 pound each) and form them into balls. Flatten the balls gently to form patties.
- 2
Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and let drain on paper towels.
- 3
Cook the Patties
In the same skillet, increase the heat to high. Add the patties to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side. Flip the patties, and add a slice of American cheese to each patty. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and the patties are cooked to your desired doneness.
- 4
Toast the Buns
While the patties are finishing, split the brioche buns and toast them lightly on another skillet or in the oven until golden.
- 5
Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of each toasted bun, spread 2 tablespoons of comeback sauce. Place a lettuce leaf, followed by a tomato slice, then the first burger patty with melted cheese, and top with a slice of bacon. Add the second patty on top, and then cover with the top half of the bun.
- 6
Serve
Serve the burgers with house fries on the side.
