Cocktail Preparation

Prepare the Glass
Chill a rocks glass by filling it with ice water while you prepare the cocktail.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine Cutty Sark Scotch Whisky, Disaronno Amaretto, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and Angostura bitters.

Shake the Cocktail
Fill the shaker with ice cubes, cover, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

Strain and Serve
Remove the ice water from the rocks glass, then strain the mixture from the shaker into the chilled glass.
