Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Chicken

In a bowl, mix the chicken tenders with peri peri spice and honey. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

2

Cook the Chicken

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken tenders and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from heat and drizzle with white BBQ sauce.

3

Cook the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add cavatappi pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

4

Prepare the Four Cheese Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, cook the diced pancetta until crispy. Add the drained pasta and stir in the smoked gouda, pepperjack, Monterey jack, and pecorino cheeses. Stir until the cheese is melted and creamy. If needed, add a splash of pasta water to achieve desired consistency.

5

Combine and Serve

Plate the cheesy cavatappi pasta, top with sliced hot chicken, and drizzle more white BBQ sauce over the top. Serve hot and enjoy!
