    Prepare the Eggs

    Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with cold water. Bring the water to a boil over medium heat.

    Once the water is boiling, remove the saucepan from heat, cover it, and let it sit for about 12-14 minutes.

    After the time is up, transfer the eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes. Once cooled, gently peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
