Steak Preparation

Season the Steak
Pat the ribeye steaks dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.

Grill the Steak
Place the steaks on the hot grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness is reached.

Rest the Steak
Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Prepare the Potatoes
Peel the russet potatoes and cut them into thin strips to form fries.

Soak the Fries
Soak the potato strips in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.

Heat the Oil
In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Potatoes
Carefully add the soaked potatoes in batches, frying until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per batch.

Drain and Season
Remove the fries from the oil and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt while still hot.

Melt the Butter
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the stick of unsalted butter.

Add Garlic and Parsley
Mince the garlic cloves and add them to the melted butter. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, then stir in chopped fresh parsley and lemon juice.
