Cook the Spaghetti
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the rest and set aside.

Prepare the Garlic Butter
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it. Stir in the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

Sauté the Asparagus and Shrimp
In a large skillet, add the garlic butter mixture. Then add the asparagus and sauté for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp. Add the shrimp and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.

Combine Everything
Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the shrimp and asparagus. Toss everything together, adding reserved pasta water a little at a time until the desired consistency is reached. Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes and chopped parsley, mixing well to combine.

Plate and Serve
Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed. Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
