Stuffed Mushrooms

Method

Bruschetta

  1. 1

    Prepare the Baguette

Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices and arrange them on a baking sheet.

  2. 2

    Toast the Baguette

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Toast the baguette slices for about 5-7 minutes until they are golden brown.

  3. 3

    Chop the Tomatoes

Dice the ripe tomatoes and place them in a mixing bowl.

  4. 4

    Add Basil and Seasoning

Chop the fresh basil and add it to the tomatoes. Mince the garlic cloves and mix them in. Drizzle with olive oil, then add salt and black pepper to taste.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Bruschetta

Spoon the tomato mixture onto each toasted baguette slice and serve immediately.

In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, chopped mushroom stems, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, chopped parsley, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  4. 9

Fill each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture using a small spoon or piping bag.
