Prepare Meatball Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground brisket, ground pork, bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, eggs, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Shape Meatballs
Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs approximately 1.5 inches in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake Meatballs
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake meatballs for 20-25 minutes or until they are cooked through and browned.

Combine with Meatballs
Once the meatballs are baked, add them to the marinara sauce and let them simmer together for an additional 10 minutes.
Focaccia

Prepare Dough
In a large bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy. Add flour, olive oil, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead and Rise
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Shape and Bake Focaccia
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Transfer the risen dough to a greased baking sheet and stretch it out. Dimple the surface with your fingers, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with chopped rosemary. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Stracciatella

In a bowl, mix together shredded mozzarella cheese and heavy cream until well combined. Season with salt to taste.
