Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Olives

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Sevillano, Kalamata, Castelvetrano, and Manzanilla olives. Make sure they are pitted and rinsed under cold water to remove excess brine.

  2. 2

    Add Hot Honey

Drizzle the hot honey over the mixed olives. Use a spoon to gently toss the olives until they are evenly coated with the honey.

  3. 3

    Incorporate Grana Padano

Grate the Grana Padano cheese over the olives and honey mixture. Toss gently to combine, ensuring the cheese is well distributed among the olives.

  4. 4

    Add Marcona Almonds

Fold in the Marcona almonds, making sure they are evenly mixed with the olives and cheese. This will add a crunchy texture and nutty flavor.

Marinade

  1. 5

    Marinate the Olives

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the mixture to an airtight container. Allow the olives to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.

  2. 6

    Serve

Remove from the refrigerator before serving. Serve the marinated olives at room temperature as a delightful appetizer or snack.
