Prepare the Olives
In a large mixing bowl, combine the Sevillano, Kalamata, Castelvetrano, and Manzanilla olives. Make sure they are pitted and rinsed under cold water to remove excess brine.

Incorporate Grana Padano
Grate the Grana Padano cheese over the olives and honey mixture. Toss gently to combine, ensuring the cheese is well distributed among the olives.

Add Marcona Almonds
Fold in the Marcona almonds, making sure they are evenly mixed with the olives and cheese. This will add a crunchy texture and nutty flavor.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the mixture to an airtight container. Allow the olives to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
