Preparation

1

Chill the Glass

Begin by chilling your serving glass (preferably a highball or large wine glass) by filling it with ice water. Set aside while you prepare the cocktail.

2

Combine Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, add the gin, Cappelletti, and grapefruit cordial. Fill the shaker with ice and shake gently for about 10-15 seconds until well chilled.

3

Strain and Serve

Empty the ice water from the chilled glass. Strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass over fresh ice.

4

Top with Tonic

Carefully add the elderflower tonic water to the glass, pouring gently to maintain the carbonation.

5

Garnish

Garnish with a fresh slice of grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary for a fragrant finish.
