In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. Make a well in the center, then pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil.

Knead Dough
Mix until a dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Prepare Butter
In a medium bowl, soften the unsalted butter. Add minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped basil, and salt. Mix well until combined.

Shape Knots
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into small pieces (about 2 oz each). Roll each piece into a rope and tie it into a knot.

Place the knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
