Method
Cauliflower Preparation
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) to ensure the cauliflower gets crispy.
- 2
Prepare the Cauliflower
Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower head, then cut it into bite-sized florets.
- 3
Coat with Oil and Seasoning
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cornstarch until evenly coated.
Buffalo Sauce
- 4
Make the Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the hot sauce, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper until well combined.
- 5
Toss Cauliflower in Sauce
Once the cauliflower is roasted, remove it from the oven and place it in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the cauliflower and toss until the florets are fully coated.
Baking
- 6
Bake the Cauliflower
Spread the coated cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
- 7
Serve
Remove the cauliflower from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
