Method

Cooking the Hash Browns

  1. 1

    Prepare the Hash Browns

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the frozen hash browns and season with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Cook the Hash Browns

Cook for about 5-7 minutes on one side until golden brown. Flip and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until crispy.

Cooking the Eggs

  1. 3

    Prepare the Eggs

In a separate bowl, crack 2 eggs and season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.

  2. 4

    Cook the Eggs

In another skillet, cook the eggs over medium heat to your desired doneness (sunny-side up, scrambled, etc.). This should take about 3-5 minutes.

Cooking the Protein Choice

  1. 5

    Cook the Protein

Choose either house breakfast sausage or maple bacon. For sausage, cook in a skillet over medium heat for about 5-6 minutes until browned and cooked through. For bacon, cook in the same skillet until crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side.

  2. 6

    Cooking Flank Steak (if chosen)

If opting for flank steak, season it with salt and pepper, then grill or pan-sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
