Preparation

  1. 1

    Gather Ingredients

Ensure you have all the ingredients listed, including The Botanist Gin, tonic water, fresh lime, cucumber, and mint leaves.

  2. 2

    Fill the Glass

Select a highball or Collins glass and fill it with ice cubes to the top.

Mixing

  1. 3

    Pour the Gin

Measure 2 oz of The Botanist Gin using a jigger and pour it over the ice in the glass.

  2. 4

    Add Tonic Water

Measure 4 oz of tonic water and slowly pour it into the glass over the gin to maintain the bubbles.

Garnishing

  1. 5

    Add Lime

Take a fresh lime slice and gently squeeze it over the drink, then drop it into the glass.

  2. 6

    Add Cucumber

Place the cucumber slices into the glass for a refreshing flavor.

  3. 7

    Add Mint

Gently slap the mint leaves between your hands to release their oils, then add them to the drink as garnish.

    Stir and Serve

Give the drink a gentle stir to mix the ingredients, then serve immediately with a straw or stirrer.
