Prepare the Butter
Take the stick of unsalted butter out of the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes, or until it is soft enough to whip.

Whip the Butter
Using a hand mixer or a whisk, whip the softened butter in a bowl until it becomes light and fluffy. You can also add a pinch of salt for extra flavor if desired.

Assemble the Toast
Once the bread is toasted, spread a generous layer of whipped butter on each slice of toast while it is still warm. Top with a spoonful of white peach preserves followed by a spoonful of plum preserves.
