    Preheat the Oven

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking.

    Mix Dry Ingredients

    In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, grated nutmeg, and cinnamon powder until combined.

    Cream Butter and Sugar

    In another bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

    Add Eggs and Vanilla

    Beat in the eggs one at a time, and then stir in the vanilla extract.

    Combine Mixtures

    Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk, and mix until just combined.

Assembly

    Prepare Fruit Topping

    In a separate bowl, combine the sliced bananas, pineapple chunks, and diced mango.

    Combine with Batter

    Gently fold the fruit mixture into the batter until evenly distributed.

    Pour the batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan, spreading it evenly.
