Prepare the Meat Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Form the Meatballs
Using your hands, shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

Add Tomatoes and Seasoning
Pour in the crushed canned tomatoes, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.

Simmer the Sauce
Let the sauce simmer for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, allowing the flavors to meld together.

Add Meatballs to Sauce
Once the meatballs are cooked, transfer them to the pomodoro sauce and let them simmer together for another 5-10 minutes.
Creamy Polenta

Boil Water
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add salt.

Gradually whisk in the polenta, stirring continuously to prevent lumps.

Reduce the heat to low and cook the polenta for about 20-25 minutes, stirring frequently until it thickens and is creamy.

Once cooked, remove from heat and stir in butter and grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
