Method

Brewing Coffee

  1. 1

    Grind the Coffee Beans

Using a coffee grinder, grind the Mexican and Brazilian coffee beans together until you achieve a medium-coarse texture suitable for brewing.

  2. 2

    Boil Water

In a kettle, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Allow it to cool slightly for about 30 seconds after boiling for optimal brewing temperature (about 200°F).

  3. 3

    Brew the Coffee

Place the ground coffee in a coffee filter or French press. Pour the hot water over the grounds evenly and let it steep for about 4-5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Serve the Coffee

Once brewed, pour the coffee into your favorite mug. If desired, add toffee syrup, chocolate syrup, and milk for enhanced flavor.
