Preparation

    Brew the Hibiscus Tea

    Boil water and steep dried hibiscus flowers in it for 5-10 minutes. Strain and let it cool.

    Mix the Base Ingredients

    In a cocktail shaker, combine Seedlip Grove 42, cooled hibiscus tea, and verjus blanc. Add ice and shake well for about 15-20 seconds.

    Add Bitters

    Add 2 dashes of non-alcoholic plum & cherry bitters to the shaker and gently stir to combine.

Assembly

    Prepare the Glass

    Fill a wine glass with ice cubes to chill.

    Pour the Mixture

    Strain the mixture from the shaker into the prepared wine glass over the ice.

    Top with Sparkling Wine

    Gently top the drink with 4 oz of zero sparkling non-alcoholic wine.

    Garnish the Drink

    Garnish with fresh hibiscus flowers and an orange wheel for a vibrant presentation.
