Hummus Base

Prepare the Chickpeas
Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas thoroughly under cold water.

If the hummus is too thick, add more water, one tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.

Form Falafel Balls
Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls or patties.

Heat Oil for Frying
In a frying pan, heat oil over medium heat until hot.

Fry Falafel
Carefully add the falafel balls to the hot oil and fry until golden brown on all sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Cucumber Relish

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the diced cucumber, red onion, chopped dill, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper.

Let the relish sit for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
House Ranch Seasoning

In a small bowl, combine the dried parsley, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix well.
