Prepare the Glass
Rim a chilled glass with salt by running a lime wedge around the rim and dipping it in salt.

Mix Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the VIDA mezcal, espadín agave syrup, and fresh lime juice. Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake
Shake well for about 15-20 seconds, until the mixture is well chilled.

Strain
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice.

Top with Sparkling Water
Add the sparkling water to the glass, gently stirring to combine.

Garnish
Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass.
