Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut the corn tortillas into wedges.

In a large bowl, combine lime juice, honey, olive oil, and salt. Toss the tortilla wedges in the mixture until evenly coated.

Spread the coated tortilla wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until they are golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and set aside.

In a medium bowl, combine the diced strawberries, kiwi, and pineapple.
