FIRST COURSE

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lettuce

Wash the Romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water, then dry it using a salad spinner or pat it dry with paper towels. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Eggs

Peel the hard cooked eggs and cut them into quarters. Set aside for later use.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Tomatoes

Wash the Roma tomatoes, then cut them into wedges or slices, depending on your preference. Set aside.

  4. 4

    Combine Ingredients

In the large salad bowl with the Romaine lettuce, add the quartered hard cooked eggs, sliced Roma tomatoes, Greek olives, and house baked croutons.

  5. 5

    Dress the Salad

Pour the Caesar dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to ensure all ingredients are well coated.

  6. 6

    Add Cheese and Season

Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top of the salad and season with black pepper to taste.

  7. 7

    Serve

Serve immediately while the croutons are crunchy and the salad is fresh.
