For the Shrimp

Prepare the Shrimp
In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add 2 tablespoons of Old Bay seasoning and 1 teaspoon of salt.

Cook the Shrimp
Once the water is boiling, add the jumbo shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Do not overcook.

Chill the Shrimp
Immediately transfer the cooked shrimp to a bowl filled with ice to stop the cooking process. Let them sit for about 5 minutes.

Serve
Drain the shrimp and serve chilled with cocktail sauce and remoulade sauce.
For the Cocktail Sauce

Mix the Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of prepared horseradish, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce to taste.

Blend Well
Stir the mixture until all ingredients are well combined. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

Chill
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
For the Remoulade Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a bowl, mix 1 cup of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons of pickle relish, 1 tablespoon of chopped capers, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon of paprika.

Stir and Season
Stir the mixture until all ingredients are well incorporated. Add salt to taste.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.
