Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preparation of Steak

Take the Bone-In Ribeye Steak and season it generously on both sides with Himalayan Pink Salt and Cracked Black Pepper. Allow it to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes to enhance the flavor.

  2. 2

    Prepare Garlic Butter

Melt 4 tablespoons of Unsalted Butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Mince 4 cloves of Garlic and add them to the melted butter. Allow it to simmer for about 5 minutes until fragrant, then set aside.

  3. 3

    Cooking the Steak

Preheat your grill to high heat. Once hot, place the seasoned Ribeye Steak on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Adjust the cooking time based on your desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Resting the Steak

After cooking, remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5-10 minutes. This helps the juices redistribute for a more flavorful steak.

  5. 5

    Preparing Garlic Parmesan Potatoes

While the steak is resting, wash and cut the medium potatoes into quarters. Boil them in salted water until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and toss with melted butter, minced garlic, and grated parmesan cheese to taste.

  6. 6

    Grilling Vegetables

Toss your choice of vegetables (such as bell peppers, zucchini, and asparagus) in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes until tender and slightly charred.

  7. 7

    Serving

Slice the Ribeye Steak and serve it topped with the garlic butter. Plate the Garlic Parmesan Potatoes and Grilled Vegetables alongside the steak for a complete meal.
