MANSION SPECIALTIES

Method

MANSION SPECIALTIES

  1. 1

    Prepare the Seafood

Next, pat the sea scallops and jumbo shrimp dry with a paper towel. Season with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Seafood

In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Add the sea scallops and shrimp, and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they turn opaque and are cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  3. 3

    Sauté Garlic and Spinach

In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.

  4. 4

    Combine Ingredients

Return the cooked seafood to the skillet. Add the lobster meat, sautéed shrimp, and sea scallops. Stir in the toasted orzo, lemon juice, and chopped fresh herbs. Mix well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.

  5. 5

    Serve

Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt and black pepper if desired. Serve the seafood sauté warm, garnished with extra herbs if desired.
