Method
Preparing the Cauliflower

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Cauliflower
Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and set aside.

Make the Batter
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and water to form a smooth batter.

Coat the Cauliflower
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it’s fully coated, and then roll it in the panko breadcrumbs until well covered.

Arrange on Baking Sheet
Place the coated cauliflower florets on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart.
Baking

Bake the Cauliflower
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
Making the Buffalo Sauce

Melt the Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.

Once melted, add the hot sauce, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt. Stir until well combined and heated through.

Coat the Cauliflower
Once the cauliflower is baked, remove it from the oven and toss it in the buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
