Prepare
Chill a highball or Collins glass by filling it with ice and setting it aside while you mix. If using a shaker, fill shaker with a handful of ice.
Mix
Discard the ice from the chilled glass. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 2 oz Bacardi Silver rum, 1 oz fresh orange juice, 1 oz pineapple juice, 0.5 oz fresh lime juice, and 0.5 tsp simple syrup. Seal and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well chilled and slightly diluted.
Finish
Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters on top. Gently stir once to integrate the bitters. Garnish with an orange slice and a maraschino cherry on a pick. Serve with a straw.
Notes
Adjust sweetness with simple syrup to taste — increase to 1 tsp for a sweeter cocktail. Use freshly squeezed juices for best flavor. Estimated ABV corresponds to standard 2 oz spirit in a roughly 6–8 oz drink.
