Combine Base Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the vodka and vanilla ice cream. Use a spatula or a hand mixer to blend them until smooth and creamy.

Slowly pour in the blood orange juice and lemon juice into the vodka and ice cream mixture. Stir gently to incorporate the juices without deflating the ice cream.

Scoop the ice cream mixture into serving bowls. Drizzle prosecco over each scoop just before serving to create a fizzy effect.
