Fingerling Potatoes

Tahini Labneh

Herb Chutney

Method

Prepare Wagyu Steak

  1. 1

    Season the Steak

Generously season the Wagyu steak with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  2. 2

    Sear the Steak

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the steak and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Make Spicy Cauliflower Vindaloo

  1. 3

    Cook Cauliflower

In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add cauliflower florets and sauté for 5 minutes until slightly browned.

  2. 4

    Add Vindaloo Paste

Stir in vindaloo paste and cook for another 2 minutes until fragrant.

  3. 5

    Add Coconut Milk

Pour in coconut milk and season with salt. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10-15 minutes until the cauliflower is tender and the sauce has thickened.

Roast Fingerling Potatoes

  1. 6

    Prepare Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and dry fingerling potatoes, then cut them in half lengthwise.

  2. 7

    Season and Roast

Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, and rosemary. Spread them out on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until crispy and golden brown.

Make Tahini Labneh

  1. 8

    Combine Ingredients

In a bowl, mix labneh, tahini, lemon juice, and salt until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Prepare Herb Chutney

  1. 9

    Blend Ingredients

In a blender, combine fresh cilantro, fresh mint, green chili, lime juice, and salt. Blend until smooth, adding a little water if necessary to achieve desired consistency.
