Cheesecake Mousse

Prepare the Cream Cheese
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

Whip the Cream
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Mix Ingredients
Add granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice to the cream cheese. Mix until well combined.

Fold in Whipped Cream
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.

Cover and refrigerate the cheesecake mousse for at least 1 hour before serving.
Miso Granola

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare Granola Mixture
In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped almonds, maple syrup, miso paste, melted coconut oil, and salt. Mix well.

Spread on Baking Sheet
Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through until golden brown.

Remove from oven and let cool. Once cooled, break into clusters.
Olive Oil Cake

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
