Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Crab Mixture

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the jumbo lump crab meat, aged cheddar cheese, and Old Bay seasoning. Gently fold the ingredients together to avoid breaking up the crab meat.

  2. 2

    Toast the Crostini

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the crostini on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until they are golden brown and crisp.

Serving

  1. 3

    Plate the Dish

Once the crostini are toasted, remove them from the oven. Spoon a generous amount of the crab mixture onto each crostini.

  2. 4

    Garnish and Serve

If desired, sprinkle the fresh parsley over the crab-topped crostini and serve with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the top.
