Method

Espresso Preparation

  1. 1

    Brew Espresso

Start by brewing two shots of espresso using an espresso machine. Ensure that the water temperature is around 90-95°C (194-203°F) for optimal extraction.

  2. 2

    Add Water

After brewing, dilute the espresso with 30 ml of hot water for a lighter flavor. Stir gently to combine.

Cappuccino Preparation

  1. 3

    Froth Milk

In a separate container, heat 150 ml of whole milk until steaming (around 65°C or 149°F). Use a milk frother to froth the milk until it reaches a velvety texture with microfoam.

  2. 4

    Combine with Espresso

Pour the frothed milk over the prepared espresso, holding back the foam with a spoon. Once combined, spoon the foam on top and add sugar to taste.

Latte Preparation

  1. 5

    Froth Milk for Latte

Using another 150 ml of whole milk, repeat the heating and frothing process until you achieve a creamy texture.

  2. 6

    Add Vanilla Syrup

In a latte glass, pour in the brewed espresso mixture, followed by the frothed milk. Drizzle 30 ml of vanilla syrup over the top for added sweetness.
