Preparation

1. Prepare the Glass

Take a copper mug or a highball glass and fill it with ice cubes until it's about three-quarters full.

2. Juice the Lime

Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice from one half into the glass over the ice. Reserve the other half for garnish.

3. Add the Bourbon

Pour 2 oz of Bullet Rye Bourbon over the ice and lime juice in the glass.

4. Add Mint Leaves

Gently slap the mint leaves between your palms to release their aroma, then add them to the glass, stirring gently to mix.

5. Top with Ginger Beer

Pour 4 oz of ginger beer over the mixture in the glass, filling it to the top.

6. Garnish and Serve

Cut the reserved lime half into wedges and place it in the drink as a garnish. Optionally, add a sprig of mint for extra aroma. Serve immediately with a straw or stirrer.
