Ham, cheddar cheese, fresh tomatoes, and arugula.

Sliced turkey, lettuce, tomato, and mustard in a whole wheat wrap.

In a kettle, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.

Once the water is boiling, remove the kettle from heat and add the tea bags. Let them steep for 3-5 minutes according to your taste preference.

If desired, stir in honey for sweetness and add a slice of lemon for flavor.

Remove the tea bags, pour the tea into a cup, and enjoy your hot tea.
