Method

Eggs

  1. 1

    Cook the Eggs

In a non-stick skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter or oil over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet. For fried eggs, cook until the whites are set and yolks are cooked to your desired doneness. Season with salt and black pepper. For scrambled eggs, whisk the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper, then pour into the skillet and stir gently until cooked through.

Hash Browns

  1. 2

    Prepare the Hash Browns

In a separate skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat. Add the frozen hash browns, spreading them evenly in the skillet. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook for another 5-7 minutes until crispy and cooked through.

Toast

  1. 3

    Toast the Bread

While the eggs and hash browns are cooking, toast the slices of bread in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown. Once toasted, spread 1 tablespoon of butter on top of each slice.

Meat Option

  1. 4

    Cook the Bacon or Sausage

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon or breakfast sausage for about 4-5 minutes on each side until crispy and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess fat.
