Grill the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Prepare the Vegetables
While the chicken is grilling, wash the mixed greens and place them in a large salad bowl. Halve the cherry tomatoes, dice the avocado, and thinly slice the red onion. Add these vegetables along with the corn to the bowl.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, minced jalapeño, honey, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Assemble the Salad

Once the chicken has rested, slice it into strips. Add the sliced chicken and chopped bacon to the salad bowl with mixed greens and other vegetables.

Drizzle the jalapeño-lime dressing over the salad. Toss gently to combine all ingredients and coat with the dressing.
