Prepare Grilled Chicken

Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Add the chicken breast and coat it well with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.

Grill the Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the marinated chicken breast on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Assemble Salad
In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cucumber slices, and chopped tomatoes. Toss gently to mix.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
