Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season generously with Cajun seasoning on both sides.

Wash and chop the mixed greens, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes for the salad. Set aside.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side until blackened and cooked through.

On each plate, place a handful of mixed greens. Top with a serving of French fries, then lay the blackened chicken breast atop the greens. Drizzle the butter sauce over the chicken.
