Prepare the Cornbread Croutons

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut Cornbread
Take the cornbread and cut it into 1-inch cubes.

Bake Croutons
Spread the seasoned cornbread cubes on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, turning halfway through.
Make the Dressing

Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and anchovy paste.

Whisk Together
Whisk the ingredients until smooth and well combined. Adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper to taste.
Assemble the Salad

Prepare Romaine
Wash and dry the romaine lettuce, then chop it into bite-sized pieces.

Combine Lettuce and Dressing
In a large bowl, add the chopped romaine lettuce and pour the dressing over it. Toss to combine until the lettuce is well coated.

Add the prepared cornbread croutons and Parmesan cheese to the salad, tossing gently to mix.
