Prepare the Beef Patties
In a large bowl, divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions. Gently shape each portion into a patty, about 1 inch thick. Season each patty with salt and pepper.

Toast the Buns
While the patties are cooking, slice the brioche buns in half and toast them on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

Assemble the Burger
Spread basil aioli on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Place a beef patty on top, followed by house made pickles and lettuce. Top with the other half of the bun.

Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and peel the Russet potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to resemble fries.

Soak the Potatoes
Soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch, then drain and pat them dry.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Season the Fries
In a large bowl, toss the dried potato strips with melted ghee, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Bake the Fries
Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
