Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Base
In a large pitcher, combine the cranberry juice, pineapple juice, lemon-lime soda, and simple syrup. Stir gently to mix the ingredients without losing carbonation.
- 2
Add Flavor Enhancers
Add the fresh mint leaves and lime juice to the mixture. If using, tear the shiso leaves into smaller pieces and add them as well. Gently muddle the mint and shiso leaves in the mixture using a wooden spoon to release their flavors.
- 3
Chill the Mixture
Refrigerate the mocktail mixture for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
Serving
- 4

Fill glasses with ice cubes and add the chilled mocktail mixture. Leave some space at the top for garnishes.
- 5
